▼ Regarding Mobile Tickets and Admission

This event requires entry via facial recognition. Both main attendee and accompanying guests must register their TOBE ID and upload a photo to the MOALA Account.

MOALA Ticket will be used for entry. (MOALA Pocket app will not be used.)

Please be sure to verify the event date, time, and venue for which you were selected.

If you were selected for more than one ticket, the accompanying guest ticket(s) will be sent to the accompanying guest's TOBE ID (email address) once they are ready.

On the day of the event, identity verification may be conducted along with facial recognition. Both the main attendee and accompanying guests must bring a government-issued photo ID that matches the registration details of their TOBE ID. (The name displayed on the mobile ticket screen reflects the information registered when linking MOALA Account with TOBE ID).

・Please use your hand fan (uchiwa) without extending it beyond the range of your own body.

・While fans can bring handheld fans and penlights other than official goods, please refrain from bringing high-intensity penlights or support goods that obstruct the view of other customers.

・The size of the hand fans (uchiwa) that can be brought in is limited to the official merchandise size. Please be considerate of other guests.

・Bringing multiple hand fans (uchiwa) is permitted, but connecting fans together or using two or more hand fans (uchiwa) simultaneously may obstruct the view of other guests. If such behavior is observed, our staff will approach you.Additionally, bringing or using message boards larger than the size of official merchandise is prohibited.

・Please refrain from bringing step stools or other items that may obstruct the view of other customers or interfere with the performance. Our staff may ask you to refrain from such actions.

・Re-entry is prohibited.

・Please refrain from bringing hazardous items or alcoholic beverages into the venue. You may be denied entry if you are under the influence of alcohol.

・Unauthorized photography or recording with cameras or smartphones inside the venue is strictly prohibited.

・Photography during the performance is permitted only with the organizer's permission and only from your own seat using a smartphone. Photography using any auxiliary equipment, such as DSLR cameras, selfie sticks, or smartphone telephoto lenses, is strictly prohibited. When taking photos, please be considerate of other audience members and avoid capturing them in your shots. If you post any recorded footage or photos on social media, please refrain from sharing content that could identify other customers.

・Tickets obtained through unauthorized resale channels are not valid for entry. Please ensure that only the person who applied for the tickets attends. Additionally, viewing from seats other than those won is not permitted.

・Distribution of flyers without permission around the venue is prohibited.

・Please refrain from bringing oversized items that cannot be placed in your seat.

・After the concert, there may be a controlled exit. In the case of a controlled exit, please wait at your seat until instructed.

・Avoid behaviors such as gathering around the venue overnight or early in the morning, which may cause inconvenience to nearby residents.

・We are unable to accept letters or gifts for the artists at the venue. Please understand in advance.

・Failure to comply with other instructions or guidelines from staff may result in denial of entry.

In such cases, refunds for ticket fees, compensation for travel expenses, etc., cannot be provided, so please understand in advance.
