Regarding ID Verification
On the day of the event, identity verification may be conducted. Both the main attendee and accompanying guests are required to bring an official photo ID issued by a government agency that can verify the information registered in their TOBE ID account."
Additionally, please ensure to read the following notices in advance.
Government-Issued Photo ID

- Passport
- Driver’s license
- Basic Resident Register card
- Special Permanent Resident Certificate or Residence Card
- Disability Certificate
- My Number Card (front side only / notification card not accepted)
- Student ID (limited to currently enrolled students only)
- *For attendees who do not have a government-issued photo ID, please bring two or more of the following items.
- *However, only attendees who are 18 years old or younger (up to high school students) may present two or more non-photo government-issued IDs.
- Health Insurance Eligibility Certificate
*The traditional health insurance card will no longer be valid for use as of December 1, 2025. - Resident Certificate (without individual number)
- Pension Handbook
- Family Register
- Extract of Family Register
- Certificate of Seal Registration
- Pension Handbook
- Student ID (limited to currently enrolled students only)
Important Notices
- Only original documents are valid. Copies, handwritten documents, and expired documents are not accepted.
- If you have changed the information registered on your TOBE ID, please bring a government-issued ID that can verify both the old and new information.
- For attendees under 18 (up to high school students) without a Government-issued Photo ID, identity verification will be conducted with any two of the above listed official documents.
- Resident certificates, family registers, and extracts of family registers must be issued within six months.
- Student IDs without a name cannot be accepted.
- Employee ID cards, credit cards, cash cards, medical cards, utility bills, and mail with printed names cannot be presented as certificates / IDs.
- Lending or borrowing certificates or altered certificates cannot be presented (Prohibited by law).
- No other documents will be accepted for any reason. Please take note of this.
- Identity verification process may take time, so please arrive with plenty of time.
- Entry will be denied if identity verification cannot be completed due to forgotten or incomplete documents. Please be aware of this in advance. We regret that we cannot address any issues that arise as a result of this situation.
