This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as "this Policy") sets forth the handling of personal information of users (hereinafter referred to as "users") who use the ticket sales site (hereinafter referred to as "the Service") provided by TOBE LIVE JAPAN Co., Ltd. Additionally, measures will be taken to prevent the leakage of processing methods and information and to handle complaints from users appropriately. Furthermore, the items of information regarding individuals included in anonymized processed data consist of usage information related to the functions and campaigns of this Service, as well as gender, age, and regional information.

3. Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties

The Company shall not provide personal information to third parties except in the following cases:
