Application Guide
Select Preferred Performance
Please choose your preferred performance and press “Next.”
Ticket Quantity
Select the desired number of tickets and press “Next.”
If you plan to use wheelchair-accessible seats, please choose the number of wheelchair spaces you require during the application process. Reserved seating is available for small children, elderly customers, and others who prefer seated viewing.
*Note: Accompanying individuals also require tickets (limited to one accompanying person per wheelchair user).
*If reserved seating is not available, you may be assigned to general seating.
Confirmation of Application Details
Please review the application details, and press “Submit” to complete the application.
If there are any changes to your registered information, please update it before application completed.
Application Completed
After submitting your application, you will receive a confirmation email at your TOBEID registered email address.
*If you do not receive an email within 12 hours of completing the application, please check the “Application Confirmation” page.
*Considering potential email delivery issues, make sure to check the lottery results on the “Application Confirmation” page of the official event information.
*If there are any changes to your registered information, please update it and reapply.
Cancellation of Application
During the application period, you can cancel your application from the “Application Confirmation” page. Please press “Cancel Application” for the application you wish to cancel.
Cancellation Confirmation
A confirmation page for canceling your application will be displayed. After confirming, please press “Cancel Application.” If you wish to make changes to your application, please go through the application process again after canceling your initial submission.
*Once the cancellation is completed, the application information cannot be reverted. Please be sure to take sufficient caution.
Cancellation Completed
A page confirming the completion of the application cancellation will be displayed.
Lottery Results
Once the lottery results are announced, you can view the lottery results from the application list. For detailed information on the lottery results, please press “View Details.”
Payment
Details of the lottery results and payment methods will be displayed. Please review the payment details and proceed with the necessary steps.
