Application Guidelines
・This event requires entry via facial recognition. Both main attendee and accompanying guests must register their TOBE ID and upload a photo to the MOALA Account.
・Photo registration periods are as follows: Main attendee - registration is required within the ticket application period; Accompanying guests - In case of won the tickcet lottery, your companion must register themselves within the specified period.
・Photo registration has a deadline. Both the main attendee and accompanying guests must complete registration within the specified period.
・The main attendee must complete photo registration within the ticket application period. If photo registration is not completed within the ticket application period, the application will be invalid, so please be aware.
・Please be sure to register your photo on the MOALA Account linked to your TOBE ID. If the photo is registered on a MOALA Account not linked to your TOBE ID, the application will not be completed, so please be aware.
・If you have already registered your photo, please check that it is correctly registered in your MOALA account linked to your TOBE ID.
・Both the representative and accompanying guests will undergo facial recognition using the photo registered within the designated photo registration period.
Even if the photo registered in your MOALA account has been active for over one year by the performance date, please do not change your photo until the date of the performance for which you were selected.
・MOALA Ticket will be used for entry. (The MOALA Pocket app will not be used.)
・If applying for two or more tickets, accompanying guests who are not members of the fan club can also participate. However, registration of a TOBE ID and linking it to a MOALA Account with a registered photo is required.
・If you are selected as a winner, the name displayed on your mobile ticket screen will be the TOBE ID registration information provided at the time of application.
・On the day of the performance, in addition to facial recognition, we may verify your identity by comparing the TOBE ID registration information displayed on your ticket screen at the time of application with your government-issued photo ID. When attending, all attendees, including the representative and accompanying guests, must bring a government-issued photo ID that confirms the TOBE ID registration information.

・During the application period, you can cancel your entry. If you wish to change your application details, please cancel your entry and reapply.
・Please note that changes or cancellations to your application cannot be made after the application period has ended.
・You cannot submit duplicate applications for the same performance date and time.
・If you win tickets for two or more seats, registering an accompanying person is mandatory. You may register non-fan club members as accompanying persons. Details will be provided to winners.
・When registering an accompanying person, you cannot register someone who has won tickets for the same date and time slot (regardless of whether payment has been made). Please decide on all accompanying persons beforehand before applying.
・Please note that even if you change your TOBE ID (email address) after applying, the email will be sent to the TOBE ID (email address) provided at the time of application.
・Emails will be sent to the TOBE ID (email address) provided at the time of application. If there are any changes to your registration details, please update them before applying.
・Please adjust your settings to permit emails from "ticket.tobe-official.jp" if you have implemented restrictions like domain-specific reception.
・In the event of winning, you have the option to select your payment method from credit card (VISA/MasterCard/JCB/AMEX/Diners), PayPay, au PAY, Rakuten Pay or convenience store payment.

・Additional fees may apply depending on the payment method chosen.
・All seats will be determined by lottery.
・Please note that seating arrangements for seated viewing (reserved seating) may be arranged based on venue specifications or production requirements.
・Depending on the venue, standing room only or designated standing areas may be arranged.
・When applying for two or more tickets, seating arrangements may involve seats in adjacent rows or across aisles.
・Any communication fees necessary for the application will be borne by the applicant.
・Minors must apply and attend with the consent of a guardian.
・There may be filming for interviews, recordings, etc., inside and outside the venue. Please be aware that the captured footage or photos may be broadcasted in the media.
・Photography, filming, and recording by the organizer or authorized third parties may occur both inside and outside the venue. Additionally, during the performance or at times designated by the organizer as permissible for photography, attendees may take photographs or videos. In such cases, attendees may appear in the resulting footage or photographs. Please be advised that these images may be used for broadcasts, streaming, various media outlets, the official website, social media, and archival materials.
・Changes, cancellations, or refunds of application details due to customer convenience after the application period or payment period has ended will not be accepted.
・If you win two or more tickets and have already made payment, but there are issues with your companion registration, or if we cannot confirm the correct procedures have been followed after informing you about the problematic tickets, we will be unable to provide tickets for those companions. Please note that in such cases, refunds will not be issued.
・For tickets with issues for your companions, please list them for resale using the resale service.
Tickets with issues for your companions can be viewed from the main ticket holder's ticket details page.
・Except in cases of event cancellation due to inclement weather, refunds due to customer circumstances will not be provided.
・Event schedules and performers are subject to change. We appreciate your understanding.
・Compensation for travel expenses or other costs due to performance cancellations, postponements, etc., will not be provided. We appreciate your understanding.
・Please refrain from inquiring about performers.
・Please refrain from contacting the venue directly.
・Ticket applications, purchases, transfers, or resale for profit are strictly prohibited. Such tickets will be invalidated, and admission will be denied.
・The event organizers hold no liability for troubles caused by the illegal resale of tickets or related incidents.
