How to receive tickets at FamilyMart

  • An “Exchange Order Number” is required to receive tickets at FamilyMart.
  • If you selected “FamilyMart Pickup” at the payment, the “FamilyMart Exchange Barcode” will be displayed on the “Application History” page as soon as the tickets are ready.
  • Please use either of the following methods to receive your ticket.
  • (1) If you receive your ticket directly at the cashier (*Only available from a smartphone)
  • Display the “FamilyMart Exchange Barcode” and bring it to the cashier at a FamilyMart store to receive your ticket.
  • The barcode is valid for 30 minutes after it is displayed, so please bring it to the cashier within 30 minutes.
  • (2) If you use the multi-copy machine installed in FamilyMart stores.
  • Please write down the “FamilyMart pickup number” shown in the “FamilyMart pickup information” e-mail, and complete the ticket issuance procedure from the “Ticket” → “Payment/ticketing of reserved tickets” menu of the multi-copy machine installed in FamilyMart stores. After completing the procedure, please bring the M-copy application ticket output from the multi-copy machine to the cashier to receive your ticket.
